Who makes your items?
Most of our items are HANDMADE. When you submit your order WE see it, WE create it and WE send it to you. Items that we create are marked '100% handmade', so you'll be able to easily identify them. Our t-shirts are not handmade, however, the designs are 100% created and owned by HelloooHoneyBee. We submit our design along with the desired t-shirt selection to a company to have them printed. No printing is done in-house and because of this, we don't keep inventory. Every shirt is made to order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal, for your convenience. Payment methods are secure and powered via Shopify.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
DOMESTIC orders will arrive in about 1-5 days after it's completed. All INTERNATIONAL orders will arrive in 7-14 days.
Shipping times during the holiday season and other peak times will vary. We will update the website accordingly.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, we will provide the tracking number for your records.

How about the return policy?
All of our items are created and packaged with L.O.V.E :)
Every project is so special to us and we create items with the same care as if we were going to use them ourselves.
It is important to that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). We are more than happy to correct any error we've made free of charge. We are unable to correct any errors or damages caused by postal carriers. We carefully pack items to ensure that this is not an issue, but on rare occasion it is.
We cannot offer refunds for lost or damaged items. At that point, you should work with USPS to fix delivery issues.
Since t-shirts are printed to order we CANNOT process size exchanges. So please contact us if you have any sizing or quality questions before you purchase beyond the product description.
We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Sure! You can modify/cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. Once that time passes, we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
